Peach Picking Michigan: Michigan Peach Season is Here

Peach picking in Michigan is a late summer rite of passage on Michigan fruit farms, and one bite of a fresh, juicy peach and you’ll know why.

Peach season is big in Michigan: the peach orchards and peach farms in Michigan are known for their delicious peach varieties, too.

What is better than a fresh, sweet peach on a hot August evening? Sitting on the front porch
with your feet up and a glass of sweet tea by your side and the sun setting over the hill. I don’t think anything can beat those moments.

While Michigan may not be known for peaches, it is home to many farms that are ready for Michiganders and tourists alike to take them home. Or, if you’re feeling impatient, eat them in the car. I know I would.
