Jacobs Farm in Traverse City

Jacobs Farm is a northern Michigan delight to families and friends of all ages.
Set on a rolling landscape of picturesque farms outside of Traverse City, Jacobs Farm is a fun stop for all ages. Once known simply as Jacobs Corn Maze, this 10-acre corn maze Grand Traverse County draws in fall visitors from late August through October.
It’s also home to orchards of fresh fruit that you can pick yourself, and many fun events to keep you busy all day long. There’s a restaurant here, too, with full menu of delicious cuisine. You’ll find local wines and craft brews along with other tasty treats.
PRO-TIP: Try the Elote Con Chorizo, or Mexican Street Corn, which features Chorizo, Red Onion, Tajin & Cilantro. It’s some of the best we’ve had.
The Wild Pumpkin in Beaverton

The Wild Pumpkin does not celebrate fall halfheartedly.
With salted caramel apple cider doughnuts, a fun U-pick pumpkin patch, and delicious jams and fresh eggs for sale, who can say no to a trip to Gladwin County?
This farm’s “Mighty Maize” will keep the whole family entertained during your autumn getaway.
You’ll find a petting zoo, a children’s playground, and you can take a wagon ride around the farm if the weather permits.

Robinette’s Apple Haus and Winery

If you live anywhere near the west side of Michigan, chances are that you already know all about Robinette’s Apple Haus.
This popular spot swells with visitors once the autumn season rolls around, all seeking some fall fun and a tasty treat from the cider mill.
Their 6.5 acre corn maze is a must, though, with an intricate design that changes annually. In addition to the down maze, you’ll find a petting zoo, nature trails, a jumping pillow, U-pick orchards and much more.
Ed Dunneback and Girls Farm in Grand Rapids

Ed Dunneback and Girls Farm Market in Grand Rapids began The Ed Dunneback and Girls Farm Market in Grand Rapids began 100 years ago with a farm, Edwin Dunneback, and 170 acres of farmland.
Every fall, they welcome fellow autumn-lovers onto their land to celebrate the season and to wander through their elaborate corn maze.
The farm passed through the generations for almost 100 years, and is now run by Ed’s daughter, Suanne.
This sprawling farm has been a big part of the local community, hosting barn dances and hay rides until it became a long-held tradition. Now, in addition to the corn maze, the farm offers a U-Pick apple orchard, other produce, and Michigan pumpkins. They also have a tap room, bakery, and more for your fall farm visit.
Crane Orchards Corn Maze

It’s a 20-acre corn maze, and it’s right in the middle of southwest Michigan near Saugatuck.
Crane Orchards, known for its “Pie Pantry,” is one of the top family-fun attractions in Michigan come autumn. This family-run fruit farm has been serving up fun for decades.
From rides on their cow-train (you have to see it to believe it) to hayrides and U-Pick fruit, there’s something for everyone here. You can even get lunch or dinner, and in addition to the restaurant, there’s even a winery.
It’s set on some very scenic, rolling hills, and that adds to the experience. You can really feeling like you’re “getting away from it all,” just a short drive from Grand Rapids.

Fruit Ridge Hayrides in Grand Rapids

There is a wonderful variety of things to do at Fruit Ridge, including the horse-drawn hayrides, the apple picking, the petting zoo, and the giant corn maze. It’s perfect if you’re looking for fall break activities.

Bethke Farms in Grand Haven

You’ll find thousands of pumpkins – big and small – at Bethke Farms in Grand Haven, so there’s definitely one waiting to be picked by you.
The corn maze and pumpkin patch at Bethke Farms are just the beginning. You can explore the farm with a fun hayride or take an autumn walk along the path. There’s even a pirate ship play area for kids to enjoy.
An added bonus? There are pets allowed at Bethke Farms, so you can bring your leashed dog to join in the fun.

You’ll find a full-on fall harvest festival, featuring apples, pumpkins, hayrides, a petting fam, fishing pond and so much more!
Schwallier’s Country Basket Corn Maze and Back 40

Are you ready to lose yourself in the rustling cornstalks, under a striking fall sky? This fun corn maze can help you feel like you “got away” even if just for a little while.
Every year, Schwallier’s create a completely unique maze adventure based around a fun, educational theme. To get through the maze, you’ll have to answer questions by finding clues in the corn. For 2022, the theme is Bees!
Your admission ticket also gets you into the “Back 40,” a huge area in the back of the orchard that gives you wide open spaces to play and enjoy the outdoors. A giant John Deere combine climber is a kids’ dream to scale. A massive straw mountain, rock maze, and bouncy ball course are perfect for running off all that donut-fueled energy you or your kids may have.
You’ll also find brand-new apple cannons that give you chance to let off some steam by launching apples across an open field and seeing how well you aim.

This cheery spot, not far from Maybury State Park hasa seven-acre corn maze, perfect for all ages. A perfect fall destination, you’ll find a sprawling pumpkin patch, as well as hayrides, cider, donuts, and caramel apples.
There’s a lot of entertain the kids, too, including a play area and a petting farm with cute animals. Pick up some treats and old-fashioned candy at the General Store. You can reserve a tent or barn for your party, or even a bonfire site if you want.

When it comes to family farms and corn mazes, this Michigan fall market and pumpkins farm stands out as one of the best.
Located in Commerce Township, this farm makes every visitor feel welcome when they come for fresh sweet corn, pumpkin patches, and the corn maze.
The Long Family’s orchard and cider mill isn’t afraid to bask in the golden fall glory.
They sell a variety of garden vegetables and even have an apple guide and apple recipes on their website so you can take your orchard experience home with you.
